My name is Kelvin Lewis Brain.
I’ve held many Director level roles over the years including Operations, IT, Sales & Marketing and Customer Service which really helps me to empathise with my clients when trying to address their business problems.
I’m currently working as a Business Improvement Consultant with CapricornVentis, specialising in Performance Management and Business Intelligence Strategy.
So why Blog ?
Well first off, I’m not trying to change the world. I do hope however, that some of my experiences over many years, will help Senior Executives understand why so many IT projects simply don’t deliver the results they were sold on at the start of the project.
I’ll be looking at different types of projects, cultures, solutions and how to identify the warnings signs that things aren’t quite right as well as a few pointers for getting things back on track. I hope to post quite regularly but my time is often limited to an hour at the airport or a boring night in the hotel etc.
